Features

Built for the counter and the convention floor

Every feature is here for one reason: to help a working vendor price faster and offer with confidence. No collector clutter, no busywork.

What Vendor is

A point-of-sale pricing tool for professional TCG vendors, the LGS operators and convention sellers who buy and sell all day. The AI identifies the card, real sold pricing lands in seconds, and you make a fast, fair offer on the whole deal.

Three games at launch: Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, and One Piece. Built for wherever the deal happens, from the store counter to a folding table in a convention hall.

What Vendor is not

Not a collector app. Not a marketplace. Not a collection tracker. Plenty of apps already do that well, and they are not built for the speed of a buy table.

This is vendor point of sale. Every decision answers one question: does it help the vendor work faster or price more accurately?

The toolkit

Everything Vendor does

AI card recognition

The AI knows the card by sight, then confirms the exact printing from the set symbol and collector number. It holds up through glare, wear, and foil.

Continuous video scanning

Line the cards up and keep the camera moving. Vendor reads them one after another, no stopping to frame a photo for each one.

Three games, two languages

Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, and One Piece, in English and Japanese, all in the same deal.

Real sold-listing pricing

TCGplayer market and eBay sold averages, per condition. Completed sales that reflect what cards actually trade for, not asking prices.

The Vendor Price

One blended number, the midpoint of TCGplayer market and eBay's 30-day sold average. Show it on its own or next to the raw sources.

Graded pricing

PSA, BGS, and CGC prices drawn from eBay sold comparables, where the graded market actually trades. Pick the grade and the number follows.

The whole-deal builder

Cards drop into one deal as you scan. Set condition, see cash and trade offers side by side, and adjust the margin per card or all at once.

Branded receipts

Hand the customer a clean PDF with your store name, logo, and the itemized deal. You look like the established business you are.

CSV and email export

Send the receipt straight from the share sheet, or export the whole deal to CSV for your books and inventory.

Payment QR codes

A full-screen Cash App or Venmo code with the amount already filled in. The customer scans, you confirm payment in your own app.

Never lose a deal

The deal saves to the device as you build it. A dead battery or a closed app does not cost you the work. Pick up exactly where you left off.

Works in a dead zone

The card library lives on the device, so identification keeps going when the convention WiFi does not. Manual search is always one tap away.

AI card recognition

AI that recognizes the card itself, not just a barcode or the text.

A barcode scanner needs a barcode. A text reader needs clean, readable text. Singles have neither in the real world: no barcode, a tiny collector number, and a surface that catches the light. Vendor was trained to recognize the card from its art and layout, the way a person does, then read the number to lock in the exact printing.

  • Trained on the real catalogTens of thousands of cards across Pokémon, Magic, and One Piece, in English and Japanese.
  • Built for tough conditionsGlare, wear, foil, and bad convention lighting are exactly what it was built to handle.
  • A fallback that never blocks youIf a card will not cooperate, search by name or number and keep the deal moving.

The math

The case for twenty dollars a month

A 50-card deal priced by hand can eat an hour. While you are heads-down in a price guide, the next seller walks to the table down the aisle. Time saved is money earned.

Misjudge one card by twenty dollars because you did not have real sold data, and that single miss costs more than the whole month. One deal pays for it.

Everything after that is better information working in your favor.
